 A - Excellent

As compared to similar schools across the world, the evaluated school achieves exceptional performance as an opportunity marketplace. A very robust set of LEARN (Learning Environment, Economic Viability, Academic Outcomes, Recurrent Parental Patronage, New Opportunities) contracts exist between the school's various stakeholders. There are very few indications of factors that might affect the efficient and effective fulfillment of the school's LEARN contract obligations and place future school performance in jeopardy.

B - Good

The evaluated school achieves good performance as an opportunity marketplace, compared to similar schools across the world. Its set of LEARN contracts are strong, but there exist a few factors that may affect the efficient and effective fulfillment of the school's LEARN contract obligations and may represent slight risk to school performance in the future.

C – Average

The evaluated school achieves average performance as an opportunity marketplace, compared to similar schools across the world. Its set of LEARN contracts are generally good, but there exist a number of factors that may affect the efficient and effective fulfillment of the school's LEARN contract obligations and may place future school performance at some tangible risk.

  D – At Risk

The evaluated school performs poorly as an opportunity marketplace, compared to similar schools across the world. Its set of LEARN contracts are weak and there exist many factors that will likely affect the efficient and effective fulfillment of the school's LEARN contract obligations and represent substantial risk to school performance in the future.
